Byside handles the customer information used to run this store. For privacy requests use the contact form.

Information we collect

For orders we receive the buyer's name, email, phone number, shipping and billing information as applicable, payment confirmation, order amount and payment references from Stripe. Our support form collects your name, email, optional order reference and message. Hosting and payment providers also process technical connection, security and transaction data. We use a daily keyed hash of the connecting IP address to limit abuse of the support form; the support database does not store the raw IP address in that field.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use order details to process payment, fulfill the purchase, provide delivery support and handle returns; this is necessary to perform the sales contract or take steps you request before a purchase. We keep records where required by accounting, tax or other legal obligations. We use necessary security and fraud-prevention information for our legitimate interests in operating a safe store. Optional marketing, if introduced, requires a separate lawful basis; submitting an order or support request does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Service providers and international processing

Stripe processes payments and may act as an independent controller for some payment and fraud-prevention activities. CJdropshipping and carriers receive the name, address and contact details needed to prepare and deliver an order and resolve fulfillment issues. Our site runs on ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI infrastructure and Cloudflare; these providers process hosting, database, access and security data. Support correspondence may also be handled through the seller's email provider. These services can involve processing outside your country, including the US and China. The providers' applicable data-processing terms and transfer arrangements govern their processing; contact us if you need more information.

Cards, cookies and analytics

We do not store full payment-card details. Our page does not include advertising pixels or a marketing analytics integration. Essential hosting and security technologies can be used, and ChatGPT sign-in is used for the restricted owner administration. Stripe checkout runs on Stripe's service and uses its own payment and security technologies. See Stripe's privacy notice and OpenAI's privacy notice for their respective services.

Retention, access and security

We retain information for as long as needed to process the order, resolve support or legal claims and comply with applicable recordkeeping duties. Access to the store's order and support records is restricted to the owner and the service providers that need it. We use encrypted connections and restricted server access; no system can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell your information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Some information must be retained for legal obligations or pending claims. We may need to verify identity before acting. You can complain to your competent data-protection authority, using the contact details provided by that authority. This storefront is intended for adult purchasers and does not knowingly seek children's information.
